Appointments & Payment Policy

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your appointment. All cleanings are confirmed by WIPED after review.

A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Requests are not confirmed and cleaners are not dispatched until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due prior to service and will be invoiced once your booking is confirmed. Appointments may be delayed or canceled if payment is not completed by the required cutoff time.

Pricing is based on the details provided. Additional charges may apply for heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or conditions outside the selected service scope.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
